Using these products are simple and straightforward. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you make the most out of these fragrances. First, you’ll need to check which device you have. As long as it’s an Air Wick Freshmatic unit your refill will sit perfectly.

Setting up the refill

  1. Insert your refill with the nozzle facing outward.
  2. Set the device by setting the fragrance intensity control to the needs of your home.
  3. Once you have installed the refill, adjust the fragrance intensity to low, medium, or high, depending on your preference. Test out the different levels to find the perfect balance for your home.
  4. Once your refill is in, turn the device on for 24/7 odour control!

The first spray will come after a 15-second delay: so be sure to keep the device away from your face at all times and avoid placing it anywhere at eye level.

Replacing the Air Wick Freshmatic refill

If your refill seems to be running low or is out of fragrance, that’s a sign to replace it with a new one. To remove your refill, follow these steps:

  1. Turn the unit off.
